Job description
Providence PACE in Portland, Oregon is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our seven-center PACE program. You will provide primary care across diverse settings, including home visits and clinics, as part of an interdisciplinary team.
Ideal candidates have geriatric experience; training in palliative care or hospice is valued. We offer a generous salary, relocation assistance, CME funds and hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.
