Job description
Medlead Careers in Queensbury, NY is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care for geriatric residents at a long-term care facility. You will see patients, perform admissions and follow-up visits, and collaborate with the care team to maintain high-quality care.
The role requires an active NY NP or PA license, a DEA license, and at least 1 year of clinical experience; nursing home experience is strongly preferred.
