Job description
TruHealth is seeking an advanced practice provider (NP/PA) with geriatric focus to improve care for long-term care residents. You will work with a team of providers and case managers to deliver coordinated health care that enhances quality of life and reduces unnecessary hospital visits.
APRN/PA licensure is required, with at least a master’s degree and 3 years in geriatric clinical nursing or rehab. The role primarily serves nursing homes or assisted living facilities under Medicare Advantage
