Job description
TruHealth is seeking an advanced practice provider (NP or PA) with geriatrics focus to join our team delivering primary care in nursing homes and assisted living communities enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans.
You will work with physicians, RNs, and case managers to provide personalized care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and improve residents' quality of life while complying with state and federal regulations.
