Job description
TruHealth seeks an advanced practice provider (NP/PA) with primary care or internal medicine experience and a geriatrics focus. You will improve outcomes for long-term care residents by collaborating with a team of providers and case managers.
You’ll work mainly in nursing homes or assisted living communities, exercise independent judgment, and help implement our national care model to enhance residents’ quality of life.
