Job description
TruHealth is seeking an advanced practice provider (NP or PA) with geriatrics experience to join our long-term care team. You will work with a multidisciplinary group to deliver personalized, coordinated health care that improves residents’ quality of life and reduces hospital visits.
As an APRN or PA, you will exercise independent judgement, collaborating with supervising physicians and facility partners to implement our national care model while complying with all regulations.
