Job description
TruHealth is seeking an advanced practice provider, either an NP or PA, with experience in primary care or internal medicine, preferably geriatrics. You will work primarily in nursing homes or assisted living communities within Medicare Advantage plans, providing personalized, coordinated care to residents.
