Job description
Personalized Health Partners seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care for residents at Greenbriar Healthcare Center in Boardman, Ohio. You will work weekday days, with no on-call, weekends, or holidays, and enjoy a salary plus quarterly productivity bonuses.
The NP will diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions, collaborate with the care team, and support value-based care initiatives while ensuring excellent resident experiences and family engagement.
