Job description
TRIO HEALTH PARTNERS is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as the primary internal medicine provider within a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will build relationships with residents, families, and staff while contributing to clinical leadership and proactive geriatric care.
Requirements include an active Illinois NP license, a master's in nursing, and a strong background in primary care and geriatrics. Flexible hours and no nights or weekends are offered with performance bonuses.
