The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing, mission-driven healthcare organization in Lawrence, MA to recruit a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner for its primary care practice.
This is an opportunity to join an innovative practice focused on delivering exceptional care to older adults while enjoying real schedule flexibility and the ability to practice at the top of your license.
You'll provide comprehensive care to approximately 1,600 Medicare patients, many with complex healthcare needs, across the clinic, patients' homes, and senior living communities.

What You'll Do
Assess,diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions in older adults
LeadMedicare Annual Wellness Visits and close preventive care gaps
Prescribeand reconcile medications, and educate patients and caregivers
Providecare management for high-risk and recently hospitalized patients
Guideadvance care planning and goals-of-care conversations
Conducthome and facility visits across office, home, and senior living settings
What We Are Looking For MSNor DNP from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
ActiveMassachusetts NP/APRN license, with the ability to obtain New Hampshirelicensure
Boardcertification as an Adult-Gerontology, Gerontological, or Family NP (ANCCor AANP)
Prescriptiveauthority and DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain
Extensiveexperience caring for geriatric patients
Validdriver's license and reliable transportation for home and facility visits
