Job description
PruittHealth in Norcross, GA seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide holistic care to adults and seniors in patients' homes and via telehealth as part of the PruittHealth Premier Plan.
You will perform comprehensive exams, manage chronic conditions, coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and family members, and participate in QA/QI activities; travel to member homes is mandatory.
