Shift Differentials Weekday Shift Differentials Day Shift: No differential Evening Shift: +$1.50/hour Night Shift: +$2.00/hour Weekend Shift Differentials Day Shift: +$1.50/hour Evening Shift: +$3.00/hour Night Shift: +$4.00/hour Extra Shift Incentives Additional incentives for picking up extra shifts Overtime opportunities Holiday payWhat You'll Do: As a GNA/CMT, you'll play an important role in enhancing the lives of our residents by: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Administering medications safely and accurately (CMT) Monitoring and documenting resident care Recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition Supporting resident independence while providing compassionate care Creating meaningful relationships with residents and their families Working collaboratively with an exceptional interdisciplinary care teamQualifications We're looking for candidates who have: Current Maryland GNA Certification Current Maryland Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (preferred for medication technician positions) Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Excellent communication and customer service skills A passion for providing outstanding care to older adultsWhy Roland Park Place?
