Job description
Lutheran Life Villages is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services for our residents. The DON directs planning, quality of care, and compliance with standards, ensuring excellent resident outcomes.
Qualifications include an active Indiana RN license, 3–5 years in geriatric/long-term care nursing management, and preferred Bachelor's in Nursing. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.
