Job description
Orchard Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in New York is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to assess and treat residents. The role requires a NYS OT license, a Bachelor's degree or higher, and ability to work as part of a rehabilitation team.
You will perform evaluations, establish plans of care, supervise assistants, coordinate with nursing and therapy staff, and ensure compliance with Medicare/PDPM and facility policies.
