Job description
Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. The OT will assess referred patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and document patient progress while educating families.
The role includes supervising OT Assistants and collaborating with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care. Candidates must be licensed in the state, have graduated from an accredited OT program, and be committed to high-quality care in a subacute/geriatric
