Job description
Aston Group in Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility rehabilitation team. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to promote independence, safety, and improved quality of life.
The role includes supervising COTAs, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring federal and Medicare compliance. A Florida OT license is required and SNF experience is preferred.
