Job description
Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team in New Jersey. You will assess referred patients, determine rehabilitation needs, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily functioning and quality of life.
You will supervise OT Assistants, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure patient-centered care and compliance with regulatory standards.
