Job description
Greenhills Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. The therapist will assess referred patients, develop and administer treatment plans, and educate patients and families on therapy methods within a long-term care setting.
The role requires completing evaluations, progress notes, re-certifications, and discharge documentation, and collaborating with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
