Job description
The Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a growing rehabilitation team. You will assess referred patients, provide direct care, and develop treatment plans aligned with medical goals.
You will document progress, educate patients and families, supervise therapy assistants, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to deliver patient-centered care in a long-term care setting.
