Job description
The Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will assess referred patients, develop and monitor treatment plans, set achievable goals, document progress, and educate patients and families under physician direction.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited OT program, valid state license, and experience with long-term/geriatric care or willingness to learn.
