Job description
Yorktown-Rehabilitation-and-Nursing-Cente is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to screen residents, perform evaluations, and develop and manage Plan of Care for rehabilitation therapy in a SNF setting.
The role requires NYS licensure, a degree in OT, and the ability to work independently or with a team, with emphasis on Medicare/Medicaid compliance, documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff.
