Job description
AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to float among three Baltimore-area skilled nursing centers. The role supports primary and urgent care for residents, reporting to the Director of Clinical Practice and collaborating with center leadership and physicians.
New grads welcome. Base salary $115,000–$125,000 with no-cap incentive compensation. The position emphasizes work-life balance and a strong clinical leadership team dedicated to improving resident outcomes.
