Job description
TRU Community Care in Lafayette, CO is seeking a PACE Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to geriatric participants enrolled in PACE. The role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and potential hospice duties.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call rotation by phone; no travel required. Candidates must be MD or DO with 2+ years of primary care experience and an active Colorado medical license, with DEA and Medicare/Medicaid credentials as
