Job description
A PACE center opening in the Stockton, CA area is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its interdisciplinary care team.
Provide comprehensive primary medical care to frail, elderly participants with complex conditions, conduct evaluations, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
