Job description
AllCare.ai seeks a Part-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide in-facility care for seniors in assisted living communities across the Inland Empire, CA. Mobile visits with clustered routes minimize travel time; 1 day per week minimum, with potential to expand based on patient panel growth.
Flexible to work as W-2 or 1099. Responsibilities include in-person visits, telehealth when needed, chronic disease management, and collaboration with NPs, specialists, and facility staff.
