Job description
Gurwin Healthcare System is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to support our geriatric residents on weekends and additional days as needed. The role includes interpreting drug orders, preparing IVs, and providing medication guidance to clinical staff on a 36-acre campus in Commack, NY.
