Job description
MedElite Group, LLC. seeks a skilled Physiatrist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation care for residents in skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities, focusing on pain management, functional improvement, and quality of life.
You will collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans and support optimal patient outcomes, travelling to multiple facilities as assigned.
