Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on therapy for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. Working under the direction of a licensed PT, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions to help patients regain independence and quality of life. You’ll document care in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families. Renewal Rehab offers strong clinical support, mentorship, and a collaborative, patient-centered culture with manageable caseloads and opportunities for growth.
