Job description
Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors across our continuum of care. In this as-needed, daytime role, you will carry out PT treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and safe functional independence. Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and use of assistive equipment, while accurately documenting progress. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary, mission-driven team in a faith-based environment that values dignity, respect, and person-centered care, making a meaningful impact on residents and their families.
