Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide individualized, evidence-based care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working closely with a supervising PT, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
