Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and independence through individualized, evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, leading therapeutic exercises and functional training, documenting progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and supporting a dignified, respectful, and patient-centered environment that promotes safety and quality of life.
