Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care. The PTA will deliver individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving function, mobility, and quality of life. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient/family education, and accurate documentation. Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture that values dignity, compassion, clinical excellence, and professional growth.
