Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises and functional training, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
