Job description
Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will deliver individualized treatments to improve mobility, safety, and functional independence. Responsibilities include implementing therapeutic exercises and gait training, supporting discharge goals, documenting in EMR, and educating patients and caregivers.
