Job description
St. James Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care, assess rehabilitation potential, and develop individualized treatment plans in a long-term care setting.
The role requires state licensure, graduation from an accredited PT program, supervision of PT Assistants, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams; prior geriatric care and case-mix familiarity are a plus.
