Job description
Citrus Health and Rehabilitation provides skilled nursing rehab focusing on geriatric patients recovering from surgery or illness. The Physical Therapist develops individualized treatment plans, evaluates mobility and pain, and delivers therapeutic interventions in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' function and quality of life.
Licensure in Florida is required, CPR/BLS preferred, and prior SNF/post-acute experience is advantageous.
