Job description
Luxor at Sayville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center seeks an experienced Physical Therapist to join our facility. You will assess referred patients, develop and manage rehab programs, set goals and document progress under physician direction.
You will supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families on therapy plans. Prior geriatric or long-term care experience is preferred, with strong clinical documentation skills.
