Job description
Garden Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve mobility and quality of life.
The ideal candidate holds a PT degree (DPT or equivalent), current state licensure, CPR certification, and has experience in geriatric rehabilitation. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and collaborative team support.
