Job description
Water's Edge Rehab and Nursing Center at Port Jefferson is seeking an Experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to assess patients needing rehabilitation and provide direct care. The PT will develop and manage treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate families using appropriate therapy methods.
The role includes supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, coordinating with the rehabilitation team, and ensuring HIPAA-compliant documentation.
