Job description
The Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking an experienced PT to join our facility. The Physical Therapist will assess patients requiring rehabilitation, develop treatment plans, and document progress under physician direction.
Education for patients and families is included. The role includes supervising PTAs, collaborating with all disciplines, and delivering patient-centered care with clinical excellence.
