Job description
Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking an Experienced Physical Therapist to join our facility. The PT will assess referred patients, develop treatment plans, and work under Physician direction.
Candidates should have an accredited Physical Therapy degree, a valid license, and experience with long-term/geriatric care. The role includes supervising PTAs, documenting progress, and collaborating with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
