Job description
Vitae Health Systems is seeking a compassionate PMHNP to provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and management for residents in skilled nursing facilities. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and optimize patient well-being.
Part-time, non-exempt role with 1–2 days per week schedule. Requires PMHNP degree, active APN license, DEA registration, and 2+ years in geriatrics or psychiatric settings.
