Job description
UofL Health is seeking a dedicated APRN to provide comprehensive primary and post-acute care to residents in our long-term care and assisted living facilities. The role focuses on geriatric patients with complex multi-system conditions and transitional recovery needs, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary medical team to optimize function and comfort.
