Job description
Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to provide comprehensive primary care in skilled nursing and senior living communities. You will perform routine rounds, manage chronic disease, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and patient experience.
Experience in geriatrics or family/internal medicine is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to build trust with residents, families, and facility staff.
