Job description
Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to deliver comprehensive primary care in skilled nursing and senior living facilities. You will perform routine rounding, manage chronic diseases, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds NP/PA licensure in the state, with geriatrics or internal medicine experience and strong patient-centered communication.
