Job description
Hartford HealthCare Medical Group in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a part-time or full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver geriatric primary care in our outpatient clinic at Seabury Active Life Plan Community. You will manage your own primary care panel and perform geriatric consults, with comprehensive training provided.
Open to NP (FNP, ANP, AGNP) and PA candidates, with 2+ post-graduate experience in geriatric or primary care.
