Job description
HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Geriatric Primary Care team in Springfield, IL. This is a 100% outpatient role with a Monday–Friday schedule and an option of a 4- or 5-day work week, minimal call, and no weekend shifts.
You will be supported by EPIC EMR with DAX Copilot to assist with documentation, and will benefit from a sign-on bonus, CME benefits, and a comprehensive benefits package.
