Conviva Senior Primary Care, a Humana subsidiary, seeks a Primary Care Physician for its Lake Park, Florida center. This in-person role focuses on direct patient care within a geriatric-friendly model, with longer appointment times and a patient-centric approach.

Board-certified or -eligible in Geriatric, Family, or Internal Medicine, MD/DO, and a valid Florida license (or willing to obtain) are required, along with a TB screen.
