Job description
Redwood Coast PACE is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive medical management for our elderly participants across clinics, homes, and facilities. Under the Chief Medical Officer, you will lead care with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate plans of care and ensure continuity.
The role requires board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, with CAQ in Geriatrics preferred, and experience with IDT, hospital and long-term care settings.
