Job description
Abode Care Partners in Terre Haute, IN, seeks a clinical physician lead to oversee high-quality geriatric care for residents in facilities and homebound patients under the CMO. You will mentor NPs/PAs and ensure ethical, evidence-based decisions across care settings.
You will participate in medical directorships as needed, collaborate with facility leadership, and identify growth opportunities while maintaining quality outcomes and avoiding unnecessary transfers.
